Halloween Racer was released in Pal territories in 1999 on the Gameboy Color , but it never was sent to the US. I discovered this game 2 years ago, when I first had the idea to do a few Halloween Game themed posts and was doing research. It seemed like perfect choice if not a bit on the nose. I ordered from someone in the UK and it arrived right on my birthday. I played it for about 20 minutes...yeah, while Halloween themed it just isn't very good, or at least I didn't find much of it enjoyable beyond the setting. Despite the games flaws I do now associate it with Halloween.
